A few years ago I obtained a judgment for a client in excess of $100,000.00 against two individuals that had no intention of paying it. We recorded our judgment lien in a few counties and then I turned it over to the law firm of Marcadis Singer, P.A., a collections firm out of Tampa. After chasing the two deadbeats for months and months, the hot real estate market proved to be a lure the debtors could not resist.
